My family and I have used Briarwood for over a decade, and we and our dogs have always been treated with nothing but kindness and respect—from the vets as well as the techs and assistants. Everyone is always so friendly and joyful but also caring and compassionate when the situation calls for it. They all love animals and love what they do. They have also been very accommodating with boarding. In the past, one of our dogs, Eliot, was very old and sick, and the team did all it could to save him. Unfortunately, he passed away. Our daughter was nearly inconsolable, and Dr. Jones showed great empathy by speaking to her with spiritual wisdom and by hugging her with love. Later, we received a card signed by many of the staff there, and the message moved us all to tears. We will always be grateful and trust this wonderful place.

They are great! My dog Zeus loves it here! I would recommend. I leave my dog here for extended periods of times and he's fine when I return. I've been doing business with Briarwood over 10 years!

I’ve used Briarwood Animal Hospital for several years, and honestly, I’m not sure why I stuck it out as long as I did. The experience has been wildly inconsistent—sometimes decent, often frustrating—and always expensive. My final straw was today. I called ahead of an extended trip to get flea prevention for my pets. I was told they could fill the dogs’ medication, but for my feral cats, I’d have to bring them in…not because of any real medical concern, but because “that’s how they do it.” Translation: another unnecessary visit, another inflated bill. I spoke with someone named Braxton, who was unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. No effort to explain, no attempt to offer alternatives—just rigid policies and zero customer care. What really makes this ridiculous is that I can walk into PetSmart and buy similar flea treatments off the shelf without jumping through hoops. So why is a veterinary clinic making it harder, more expensive, and more frustrating? This place feels stuck in a completely outdated model—one that assumes clients don’t have options or access to information. Newsflash: we do. I’m done. I won’t be back, and I certainly won’t recommend them to anyone looking for a modern, customer-focused veterinary experience.
